Choosing a Veterinarian

I had chosen a Veterinarian for my puppy coming home soon. Now I’m seeing ads on tick tok from this clinic promoting chemical flea and tick protection. I would never put any type of chemical in or on my dog. This makes me wonder are they really for the animals or for the money.
