22 gauge / 0.6mm flatback studs for lobe piercings

Hey all, desperately looking for a reputable site that sells decent quality metal (surgical steel/titanium/etc.) flatback studs for lobe piercings in 0.6mm / 22 gauge size.

Got the piercings done almost 20 years ago so fully healed, and sworn off anymore piercings after my labret 3.5 years ago, so not looking to get my lobes re-pierced in a larger gauge, but would love to have studs I can leave in overnight and not get stabbed for sleeping on my side.
