Workspace Calendar Event Notifications and Alerts are TRASH!

Desktop Workspace Account.

A colleague invited me to an event and I replied 'Yes'. Boom. It's on my calendar with a default alert. I set a secondary alert to go off 15 minutes before. I completely missed this meeting and have been in this situation more than once. The Notifications and Alerts are WEAK!

How to make them stronger? Engineers: how about mouse haptics along with sound, pop-ups, inbox drops, a Chat drop, sending someone to come knock on my door???
