"Greetings, dear residents. This entry is an instruction and safety technique regarding Alcatraz Island."

"The first thing you need to know: if you live on land, you have nothing to fear, for now. Second, this guide is for new type of event called Alcatraz Expansion. We'll explain what it is in another video. So, let's begin a guide!"

"Rule 1: If you see Alcatraz Island in the water from your house, don't be afraid. This is a common thing, so follow further instructions:"

"Step 1: Exit your house and move 50 meters away from the shore"

"Step 2: Call and inform the local authorities about the island near your house. They will sort it out themselves."

"But often, residents can encounter more unique copies of Alcatras, such as: a group of Alcatras that have merged into one; black tentacles sticking out of the windows and the base of the island; a dim red light from glowing from it and others unspecified"

"Well, in such a situation, there is only one thing you can do:"

"If you see the island glowing a dull red, or see a group of Alcatraz replicas, call 918 to call "Alcatraz Population Control Services (APCS). Then, after being notified that the APCS group is coming to your house, collect all important things and documents and leave the house. After the response team arrives, the area around your home will be quarantined for approximately 3~6 weeks. After this period, you may return to your place of residence."

"If you accidentally touch the island or the material that touched it, seek immediate medical attention. You may develop a condition known as "Alcatraz Syndrome"."

AND FOR FINAL:
If you see House standing on water, remember…
