Documents requested after getting eCopr

Hello all,

yesterday my common law partner received the email from IRCC to confirm her eCoPR.
I am sponsoring her.

Today she has receive another email to upload a bunch of documents:
- Application for a Permanent Resident Card
- Checklist
- Use of representative
- Photos
-

The thing is we were requested to upload the photo and confirm our addess a month ago, the photo that we took was online via Staples, it was only the front.
Now they are requesting to upload the front and the back of the photo, so im guessing we need to go a take another photo this time physical to upload it again?
