I maced a dog today

I hated having to mace a dog, but this has been a recurring issue.

My service dog and I live in apartments. The lady in unit 83 frequently lets her dogs run loose. My SD and I were charged for the third time (within a month) this morning when I took my dog out. I’ve already asked the local PD if I can use mace to protect me and my SD, and they gave me the go ahead. When I called over for the lady to recall her dog, she called my SD “aggressive”. She is not. She is a very well trained dog. I’ve called animal control twice on her, and I’ve contacted the office about the loose dogs. They said they’ve been having an issue with unit 83 for a while.
