Dude Gege legit has some beef with this kid. People talk about how he hates Yuji because of the shitty things he has been through, but if you've tried writing anything with fictional characters in it then you'd understand that traumatizing your protagonist doesn't mean you hate them, it means you WANT to write them more. Yes Yuji's life has been very bad but at least Gege is willing to do something more with him.

Then there's Megumi and it genuinely feels like someone has to force Gege to mention him because he has always gotten a lot of votes in the popularity polls. Is it just me or does anyone else feel like it's as if Gege is mocking him with that last mention basically going "yeah I wish he was here but he ain't, okay?"

It's honestly so hard to believe that this guy was initially going to be the *protagonist.* Nobara, a character Gege didn't even have in his initial draft, is getting way better treatment and I'm not against that, but at least the former deuteragonist deserves something better.

Honestly, considering there were multiple things that could've been done for him in the original JJK's epilogue that Gege just didn't do in favor of giving screentime to Nobara's irrelevant-ass whore mother and the side character Yuko (which turned out to be completely pointless), it's on me for not being convinced Gege stopped giving a shit about him after Sukuna took over his body.

I get it, "it's not his story" but it doesn't make sense to me to bring back two of his closest friends and just leave him out and go "yeah he ain't here no more". That last "If only Fushiguro was here" felt like Gege was mocking me for being a Megumi fan 😭 Like why tf is Toji getting a cameo, can Gege just not help but glaze him?

I'm just ~~coping~~ hoping that we find him chilling somewhere in the countryside with two huskies in an epilogue or at least get some crumbs on how his life was. I highly doubt it, but hey, the cat brings some pleasant surprises sometimes.

On the bright side we get to see Yuji smile (don't know about you but I like it), and the ending is optimistic with the new cast is doing well. Certainly feels rushed but at least 10 characters aren't dead for the sake of shock value. I think Modulo had a better ending than original JJK. Modulo had been pretty fun for me overall but the Megumi disrespect *again* just feels so ridiculous even slanderers are saying they can't help but feel bad.

Of course the Reggie fight is getting animated so ig we have something to look forward to, and I'm pretty excited for it.

(Damn Reggie really cursed him for life, didn't he...)

Thank you for reading my rant.

So I just saw the latest Modulo leaks and uhhhh....
