Tips for a new in-person trainer at VASA
I have done online personal trainer for some time while I have been working a full time construction job and we currently haven't had work in a while so decided to follow my passion in fitness and helping other achieve their goals. I've only worked 2 days and my GM (my friend) has already been having me training clients. I love it but training the elderly is going to be something I have to adjust to compared to just bodybuilding training. Every PT I work with and my PT lead are all in much less shape than I am. I know personal training is a hard start to build up clients but I'd love to know some realistic expectations and ways I can absolutely crush it in the industry and help as many people as possible. (have 4 years of sales experience also)
