New dynamic training style ???

Is this replacing dynamic potential ? From a very brief look as I had to run to work, it seems to suggest the best positional development for a player ? Not sure I like that…I enjoyed signing players and working out how they’d fit best in my system. Now when you sign them to YA they’re automatically set to dynamic training.

Tl;dr what is new dynamic training all about ?
