Is it a bad idea to buy a 7th gen accord solely for the body?

A few years ago my Camry was totaled and I used the money to buy a somewhat beat up (the body, not anything mechanical) 07 Accord LX.

A few days ago while I was driving around I found another 07 Accord for sale in pristine condition. The only issues is the motor has 280k miles already, over 100k more than my 07 Accord. Would it be dumb to buy this Accord and drive it around until the motor stars to act up and replace it with the motor from my Accord?
