Postpartum essentials [on]

Hi everyone! I’m a first-time mom-to-be and expecting my baby next month. I’m starting to put together some postpartum self-care essentials and would love to hear what others found helpful.

So far I’ve picked up a peri bottle, Always Discreet disposable underwear, and some Tucks witch hazel pads. I’ve also been trying to find Dermoplast Pain Relief Spray since everyone online seems to rave about it, but it looks like it’s not sold in Canada.

Are there any other postpartum must-haves you’d recommend? I’d really appreciate any suggestions!
