Sent a package from US to someone in Canada, it’s been stuck up there undeliverable for a year

We kind of know where this package is but every number we call gets us nowhere. The house number on the address got transposed and even though it’s only a two digit number, it has been stuck and thought it was getting sent back but they never did. It’s been a year. What do I do?
