Need a new tent and bag, any brands with good pro deals?

So I’ve gone backpacking multiple times and have stupendously packed. I’m trying to pack light but not ultralight to make my wallet cry. I’m planning on getting an ether light xr pro pad, but my 2 person tent got lost in moving. As well I’m currently rocking a cheap 20f rated rei bag which does the job but is heavy and takes up most of my 55l bag. I work in the outdoor industry so for most brands I can get some sort of pro deal. I’m wondering if anyone knows of good brands that are somewhat affordable, or that have good pro deal discounts specifically.
