First time DM for friend's birthday and NO IDEA where to start! Help appreciated!!

Never posted to reddit before so not sure what I'm doing with that either. Basically, it's my friend's birthday in 10 days and he has said he wants to play DND but as a player and not a DM. I really want him to have a good time for his birthday so thought I'd give being DM a shot. But I have no idea where to start. We'll probably have a group of about 3-6 and ranging in more experienced to beginner players. Thing is, I'm visually impaired. So all the resources people have pointed me to aren't accessible. Also everyone is up for a laugh. Not take it too seriously. Happy with chaos in all forms. Any tips/guidance/help seriously appreciated!
