Possible trojan quarantined from SteamRIP.com

I got a great deal on diablo 2 resurrected infernal edition on steam.rip over the weekend but when i went to play it now i got a windows defender popup for posible trojan and when i clicked on it the file name is \winhttp.dll . The detected thing says "Detected: Trojan:Win32/Posilod.CB!cl" and at this point its quarantined and when i launch the game without it says " YOU HAVE NOT BEEN ONLINE IN THE LASG 30 DAYS. PLEASE START THE GAME WHILE ONLINE TO CHECK FOR ANY LOGIN AGREEMENTS." but i got it over the weekend so im still within 7 days of installing the thing so at this poin i just need help with what to do or how to fix it.
