The Sims 4, unable to get newest DLC from sims updater

In the unlocker it shows "[EP21] Royalty & Legacy Grand Bundle installed." but it doesnt show on the actual sims game, all my over packs I've acquired from this way worked perfectly well but this one single pack.

I used Gofile on Windows.

I have deleted and installed the updater, repaired in unlocker, repaired the sims game itself on the EA app. But nothing has worked.

In the notes it says I could download the pack myself if I insert it by getting the actual file from their patreon but they never offered it so idk where to do it myself.

I'm just asking for any possible solution or a second opinion before I do anything I regret or it's simply too early for this pack to actually be used in game since idk who to follow to get proper announcements on when I can download this pack like anadius did for us.

Thank you.
