How much sleep do they need?

Is our boy just lazy? Or is it perfectly normal for our Corso to sleep this much? Honestly, he naps more than the cat.

He'll be 2 next month, so he's a young healthy dog, not a puppy anymore.

He sleeps about 12 hours at night, straight through. Has a 20 minute "business" walk in the morning and again before bed. And at least a couple of hours runaround in the park everyday, usually in the afternoon.

Rest of the time (unless there's food around and a chance of a snack) he's out for the count.

Is this him being a teenager or what?!
