Anyone receive New Brunswick Vital Records or Archives confirmation of receipt?

I applied for my great grandparents birth certificates from both New Brunswick Vital Statistics and NB Provincial Archives.

I never received any confirmation of receipt or a charge to my credit card. It’s been about a month. I was going to call soon, and I’m assuming they are busy.

Did anyone receive emails confirming their request was received or tracking #s once documents were found and mailed?
