Can't record The View via Sling TV... Anyone else facing this issue?

Hello! My mom really likes to watch The View, but since Monday, the show hasn't been recording on her Sling TV. Is anyone else facing this issue?

I tried to go through troubleshooting with Sling, but they weren't any help. Just wanted to ask here in case anyone else was facing the same problem.
