Please help in ordering shein

I would be coming to thailand for 2 days stay from india. I would like to order sheglam hair curler which is not available in india. Can anyone please help me since this is my first time coming and. I will be staying in hotel. Will prepaid order be too risky? But i heard it took like a week to get delivered. Or anyway knows where i can buy it in store atleast. ?
