Food smells great

Just ordered a nice lunch as today is technically my Friday, after hearing the bag hit the ground from my dasher just dropping it at the door litterally. I bring my food in and the smell of cigarettes hits me, the entire bag reaks of cigarettes........doordash sais this doesn't apply for refund, even partial.
