Ophthalmologist recommendations?

Hi gals, so I’m pretty sure I have ocular rosacea but I would need to go to an ophthalmologist to confirm. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations? I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Pape on the UES but he doesn’t take UnitedHealth ☹️
