How long are we going to have lvl 86 gear and lvl 90?

I was wondering if the new caps (level and item level) that we are getting with the HEXI update will last at least a couple of months to actually try to get perfect gear.

If someone has access to the CN version that could check for me, i really appreciate it.

Edit: i understand that the timing in CN and Global are different, but to have an idea.
