Hair Loss - reversible?

Hi all,

I had surgery 4 years ago. My hair hasn’t comeback and is still super thin. I’ll admit I haven’t been great on vitamins post op. Any tips on regrowing hair after surgery? I fear it’s too late, so i’ve come to terms with what i’m working with, but yeah.
