AITA breaking up after 10 years together ?

I've been in a relationship for 10 years, almost 11 (long distance). For years an ongoing issue was them constantly ignoring me even after I'd explained how it makes me feel and them saying they won't do it again, acknowledging they were doing it.

I have kept saying last chance, tried to end it multiple times, but they always managed to get me to go back saying they will try harder. Then they try for a week or so and it goes back to how it was.

The last time it happened they came to me bragging after a day of not checking in with me at all about how great a day they had. So i asked if they were ignoring me again on purpose and they said yes. So i just ended it and haven't spoken to them since.

It looked to me like they wanted the relationship over but didn't have the guts to end it for some reason.

I don't feel like i can give them any more tries, i have been unhappy and felt like I was in a one sided relationship for almost all of it.
