How ethical is it to wait at a vending machine as a player?

I know the question seems suspicious, but tldr, I just discovered a Pokémon vending machine in a Kroger near me and I’ve been checking everyday after work for roughly an hour seeing if I can hit an ascended heroes etb. Dragonite is my favorite Pokémon, and the key to the next deck I’m building so I want to collect the box and try to pull the cards.

I do however feel bad for waiting a bit for it to drop past the timer and I wanted to ask if what I’m doing is reasonable or if it will come off as bad to other folks in the real Pokémon community. I offer everything else to everyone else since the etb is really all I want, but I’m not too certain
