Restarting after 2 mos. off 15mg. Safe startup dose?

Anyone have advice or experience about a good dose to start with again after not being on tirz for 2 mos? I was on 15mg. I posted about burning nerve pain on torso and upper thighs starting in June when I was on 12.5 mg. I didn’t make the connection until Jan. so stopped tirz to see if that was the culprit. It was. No more nerve pain! But weight gain… So now I can choose how much to inject from a 15mg vial as I try to go back on. Will inject in arm because of torso nerve pain. Doc wasn’t helpful. I am guesstimating 6mg or so. I was going to do 7.5 but not sure if too much after not having any in my system for 2 mos. Thanks for any experiences you’ve had.
