Views are coming in but conversions are low — what changed your conversion rate the most?

I’m getting some views, but sales are still slow — so I’m trying to improve conversion (not just traffic).

What I’m currently testing:

- First photo: cleaner thumbnail + showing scale

- Title: main keyword in the first 40 characters

- Tags: all 13 tags with long-tail phrases (buyer intent)

- Description: first 2 lines repeat the main phrase naturally + key details (size/material/processing/shipping)

- Variations: clearer options + fewer confusing choices

- Pricing: checking if I’m out of the market range

For those who improved conversion recently:

What ONE change made the biggest difference for you (photos, pricing, shipping, title/tags, variations, video, reviews)?

If you share your niche (digital/physical + category), I can compare advice better.
