Smallest town, by population, to have a JM

I just noticed a JM in Cody WY, pop 10k and for contrast I live in a “city” of about 165k and we just got our 2nd JM’s, thankfully.

So excluding interstate travel rest area stores and ones in airports, what’s the JM in a town with the smallest population that’s also not an urban suburb.

I’m talking ones in the farther flung places.

Just curious as I travel to a lot of smaller spots and JM’s is a photo while driving.
