SPOLIER - WHISTLEDOWN

Do you all remember that mistress who got exposed by whistledown & she came to meet penelope & said she has no one taking care of her now & she has no money . I do understand that they wanted that scene to show how whistledown is damaging people BUT I kinda think she might be whistledown It can be for 2 reasons

1. Either pen willingly gave it to her , so that she can earn for herself
2. Or the woman was just angry at pen & decided to steal her life's work

I know it could be alice / Brimsley ( poor man is worried for his queen) / hyacinth / varley / even footman john who knows . But yeah I just had this thought
