India Post Lajpat Nagar: Marked "Delivered" at 8 PM but no package?

Hey guys, my package was marked "Unsuccessful (Local Holiday)" at 7 PM, and then suddenly "Successful" at 8:30 PM tonight but I haven't received anything.

Reviews on Google maps says it is common for this branch to mark things deliver without delivering them. Should I wait until tomorrow or go to the PO first thing?

If I still don't find it where’s the best place to complain so they actually listen?
