A little help with my ass

To all the experienced bottoms or people who just look at asses alot:

Im a bottom but i rarely loosen my ass, i do use lube tho to make it easier. I did the deed just a while ago and noticed some blood when i was doing after care. I took a picture of it for a closer look and i found some tiny gashes in the wrinkles of my ass. Is this normal? Is it because i didnt loosen up first? Will this go away?

Also goddamn its the first time i saw my ass up close, are there really bumps near the hole or is that not normal and should i get it checked?

I’ve been safe STD wise and have been doing regular testing and am on prep, im just freaking out a bit that it might be worse than what it seems, better to have it treated early than biting the dust in the long run
