Considering a JOYSTAR 250W e-bike for my kid

250W motor, 15 mile range, 15MPH top speed. $270 with code RDCM35.

Thinking this could be a fun upgrade from a regular bike. Speed seems reasonable, and the price isn’t bad after discount. Would you feel comfortable with 15MPH for a 14 year old?
