What do I respond to these? UPRT and MCC easa rules for older pilots...

  • did ab-initio with MCC finished Nov 2001 (acc. JAR FCL1)
  • last qualified on 09/2018 on CS-25 C680A (Cessna Latitude)
  • now 9730h total 4700 PIC and 48
  • quit my copilot job in Sept '25 to be fulltime caregiver for Alzheimer'mom after father died same year
  • rating will expire end of this month...

Situation, although not ideal at home, is "sorted out" so I'm back on the pilot job hunt.
But I'm conflicted when I get asked these questions

  • Have completed an MCC course (in accordance with FCL.735.A) ?
  • Have completed Advanced UPRT training (in accordance with FCL.745.A) ?

I have a tendency to respond "NO" but I think I'm dispensed of all this when I read those soporific EASA rulings...
Or is this just a malicious way to recruit 'younger' profiles?
Is a valid IR-ME or rating still a big advantage? Is it needed to start a new typerating?
Safe flights everyone!
