Project Jigglypuff paused again?

I have just worked yesterday evening on production task, could submit and all went well, and suddenly today the link says project paused? Again? We didn’t even receive info and mail as 2 weeks ago. Also no daily report came as usual. Are those technical bugs there or what is happening? (Germany located currently)
