Suncraft Senzo Line -- Fit/Finish/Value

I'm looking into getting my first higher-end knife and considering the Suncraft Senzo Gyuto in STRIX. It's priced at $300—does that seem like a good deal? I really like the handle design, the laser-like blade geometry, and the overall aesthetics. In addition, STRIX seems like a good steel. Does Senzo have a solid reputation when it comes to fit, finish, and value?
