How can I create a new account?

I would like to have another Reddit account (I would like to post on other subreddits than the one I use, as I prefer this way of doing things to protect my privacy).

Every time I try, I end up shadow bnned as soon as I try to post something (sometimes even before...). I tried on mobile AND on desktop.

How can I do this?
