(USA)First time passport timeline. Applied February 17th and received today (non expedited)

I'm a very anxious person and coming on here prepared me for whar to expect so im posting in hopes of giving other anxious people some relief.

February 17th Submitted application to agency in person

Feb 24th (evening email) In process/received (locator 62 Arizona)

March 3rd Approved

March 3rd afternoon shipped

March 4th departed Arizona

March 4th supporting docs mailed

March 5th delivered ( Florida)

I'm still waiting for the card but i know that one will arrives at a later time

I applied with other family members and theirs got sent to locator 51 and are still in process. I think certain locations are known for being quicker than others so keep that in mind.

Also the emails dont always get sent so check the website instead. The day mine said it was shipped i immediately saved the tracking number then later that day the website no longer showed it as shipped.
