Enticer L-Ti vs Mach L

Trying to decide between these two with 90%+ of the use going to be for bolt action hunting with the remaining 10% possibly being for 9” Semi-Auto 300 BO and 16” Semi-Auto AR10 in 308. Enticer L-Ti is the better pick for bolt action but seems almost unusable on semi autos from what I can find. Any insight on if it’d be worth it to get the Mach L for the rare use on AR10 or 300 BO for maximum suppression reasons? Future plans is to get an anthem S2 or cat ODB for a shorter 30 cal semi auto can.
