Do finance teams always chase founders for invoices? Or is it just me?

Curious if anyone else deals with this.

Every month my finance team asks me for invoices for various tools (AWS, Meta ads, software subscriptions etc).

Sometimes they can't find the invoice in email.

Sometimes I have to log into the tool to download it.

Sometimes it’s attached to an email but buried somewhere.

I end up spending a couple of hours each month digging through email or logging into platforms just to download invoices for accounting. It's tedious and I can't be bothered half the time.

I'm surprised there isn't a simple tool that just:

• scans Gmail / Outlook
• detects invoices automatically
• extracts the PDF
• puts them somewhere the finance team can access

Do people just use Gmail rules for this?

Or is there a better workflow I'm missing?
