House (1977)

Just rewatched this movie, and I forgot how much joy House sparks for me. Super one dimensional characters, a complete loss of reality at the climax of the film and visuals that feel like an absolute acid trip throughout. It really does do for me what it set out to do, compete with Jaws, and as classic as Jaws is it doesn't spark the same level of awe that House does (for me).

If you haven't seen House, please do yourself a favor and just pop it in on a Friday night.
