Window Regulator replacement

Hey everyone,

The driver-side window regulator is gone on my Fiesta. Just got two quotes for €400–€500 to fix it. I only paid €2,500 nearly 3 years back for the car, so this repair is literally a fifth of what the car is worth just to get a window moving again. Are these crazy quotes or am I just out of touch?

May have to spend some time on YouTube trying to fix it myself!
