Thoughts On Oral Appliances

I’ve had severe obstructive sleep apnea for about 4 years now, i’m working on my health but I can’t seem to wear the mask (yes i’ve tried several). At one point I thought about Inspire but now I’m thinking of trying an oral appliance.

Has anyone used one and did it work for you?
