What do you even do after a 10 year relationship?

And let’s say after he dumps you, you stay in contact for a year. He still has love in his heart for you, and he’s proven it.

But now he wants to move to another country for a few months where he has a bunch of friends from his remote job?

I moved here to be with him and now he’s going to be gone three months. I feel like my heart is being destroyed. What should I do? I feel so lost

He says he needs time to sort his thoughts but he keeps me around and it’s kind of nice.
