Frustrating glitch

I was happily playing my royalty and legacy save last night. I made a sim, had him marry Jawara. He was king she was queen, he adopted her two children and had a child of there own. She was pregnant with twin girls.. And when she went to the hospital somehow her husband became her brother, the twins are showing as his nieces not children and they can no longer do romantic actions 😭

Time to start again I guess.
