Ultrasound Help

Hi!

I had a transvaginal ultrasound today to confirm viability after I had experienced some spotting. The sonographer said everything looked good! She showed me the yolk sac, gestational sac, and I got to hear baby’s heartbeat!

I’m just… not sure what I’m looking at in this picture. I know where baby is (marked with the CRL), but… what else am I looking at? 🥴
