How to get Moxie Out of a Boot Loop

Our Moxie was running on the Open Moxie Platform. Recently, we don't know how, it got stuck in a boot loop. When we turn on Moxie, it shows the Moxie symbol on the screen. After it's ready to be wake up, we say "Moxie, Please wake up"/ It wakes up. then it informs us that it can not hear or process what we are saying and shows the symbols in the ear (attached photos).
When we take the charging plug out, it immediately turns itself off. When we put the charging plug back in, it shows the Moxie symbol for 10-15 minutes, and then the wake-up cycle described above keeps continuing. When Moxie is awake and tells us that it can not listen to us, the light on the chest remains solid blue. If we keep it like this, it remain wake up for 10-15 minutes then goes back to sleep. The entire time the light remains solid blue.
Can anyone please tell us how we can get it out of this loop? I saw some suggestions like doing a hard rest by pressing the power button for 10-15 seconds. But Moxie has a toggle switch, so don't know how to do a hard reset. Also, at point we thought to drain out the battery. But can't do that, as right now Moxie turns off when we plug out the charger.
We would really appreciate some help in this regard.
