KIT vs. TUHH for a Research based career in Materials Science and Engineering.
I have recently gotten offers from two universities in Germany, KIT and TUHH. I am confused about what will be the best option for me.
For further opportunities like Phd. which university is better?
KIT is more prestigious than TUHH but they have a limitation of completing an MSc within 7 semesters, and due to a visa issue in my country, I will have to drop one semester. Which means I have 2 extra semesters to complete my Thesis and internship (mandatory). Is it enough for a medium-level student?
Is it possible to earn my living costs by doing a part-time job in Karlsruhe?
For building a research-based career which university will be a better option?
