I want to make a everyone goes off deck

I did some card pulls this morning. Six pack of Lorwyn, unfortunately no great pulls. But I did pull [Mornsong Aria]. And I thought I would like to build a commander deck that drastically accelerates the game for everyone in crazy ways. What commander can I run that has at least blue and black in their color combination that will help me make everyone's decks go crazy?
