Accommodation San Pawl il-Baħar

Hello everyone,

I'm moving to Malta for 6 months for an internship in San Pawl il-Baħar. I've looked at several apartments online, but I'm quite concerned about getting scammed.
I'm perfectly fine with spending 1000€-1200€ a month, so money is not the problem.
Would you recommend trying to find something online? Or should I rather book a hotel for around a week and go see the apartments in person via agency?
